“ The Board of Directors are delighted to announce that BMS Solutions Ltd. and BMS Setpoint Ltd. have been acquired by Centrica plc through its British Gas Business Division.
This is a mutually positive move which will aid the expansion of the business into what is predicted to be a £2 Billion pound energy market over the next 5 years.
Both BMS Solutions and BMS Setpoint will retain their identities and the existing management teams will remain with the business as we look forward to an exciting future working with British Gas Business”.

March 2009 – BMS Solutions are proud to announce the opening of a Scottish office in Dumbarton. The decision to open this office was led by customer demand for local support throughout Scotland.
British Motor Cycle Racing Club - September 2008

Over 50 clients attended the ever popular BMS Solutions Race Day at Windsor Racecourse this year.
Race 2 – The “BMS Solutions Stakes”, added an extra interest to the evening.
This event has been very well attended over the years, providing our customers with a relaxing atmosphere to discuss business and enjoy an excellent evening of horse racing.
